During the setup meeting you define which suppliers, sourcing regions and commodities are critical for your company. I then monitor these sources specifically: news, official announcements, market data, commercial-register entries. No algorithm, but structured manual research – so no false alarms, yet all relevant signals.
The effort for setup, calibration and the first weeks is considerable. The 6 months allow me to calculate the service sensibly while offering you a fair price. After that, monthly cancellation is possible at any time.
For critical events I don't wait for the next Monday briefing – I get in touch immediately by e-mail with a brief assessment and concrete recommended actions. This is included in the package – no surcharge for urgency.
The monitoring in the PRO package includes regulation as a dedicated risk category and can serve as part of your due-diligence documentation. It doesn't replace full LkSG compliance consulting, but provides a structured basis. For specific compliance questions, we go through them in the first meeting.
Yes, at any time. An upgrade from BASIC to PRO is possible even within the minimum term. Downgrade or cancellation from month 7, monthly at the end of the month in writing by e-mail.
