2. Principles of data processing
Protecting your personal data is important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of statutory provisions (GDPR, DSG 2018). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.
We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services, or where you have consented to the data processing.
3. Collection and processing of data when visiting our website

This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website (e.g. to store your cookie setting). These cookies are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.
You can disable cookies in your browser at any time. However, this may limit the functionality of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
4. Contact by e-mail or contact form
If you contact us by e-mail or via our contact form, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, possibly company and your message) is stored by us in order to process your enquiry and, where necessary, to ask follow-up questions.
Note on the contact form: Our contact form on the website opens your local e-mail program (mailto link). The actual e-mail transmission takes place via your own e-mail provider. We have no influence on the encryption of this transmission.
The data we process is deleted after your enquiry has been completed, unless there is a legal retention obligation (in particular tax-law retention periods of 7 years pursuant to § 212 UGB / BAO).
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).
5. Embedded third-party content
5.1 Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts, a service of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When the website is accessed, a connection to Google's servers is established, through which your IP address may be transmitted.

5.2 External links to social networks
Our website contains links to social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). These links do not retrieve any data from the networks unless you actively click on them. Only when you click are you redirected to the respective platform.
6. Disclosure of data to third parties
We generally do not pass on your personal data to third parties, except:
- You have expressly consented (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
- Disclosure is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR)

8. Data security
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar switching from “http://” to “https://”.
We employ technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons.
9. Storage period
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Contact enquiries are deleted after complete processing, unless legal retention obligations exist. Business documents are subject to a legal retention obligation of 7 years pursuant to UGB/BAO.
10. Validity and amendment of the privacy policy
